I love sailing on Boston Harbor. I also love hamburgers…. So you can imagine how excited I was to get the opportunity to work with Danny Meir and the folks at Shake Shack on the launch of their 100th restaurant here in Boston’s Seaport. They partners with Courageous Sailing, a group dedicated to giving inner-city kids the opportunity to learn to sail, and I got to tag along. As if that wasn’t enough, several of my photos have been selected for use as wall art in the restaurant, and inclusion in their national cookbook due out later this year. Tasty!
